92For the purposes of this Act, the following are validly taken or given if taken by, given to or given by an agent of the beneficiary acting within the scope of the authority conferred by that beneficiary:
(a)
any action required or permitted to be taken by a beneficiary;
(b)
any notice or report required or permitted to be given to a beneficiary; and
(c)
any consent or agreement required or permitted to be given by a beneficiary.
